Last Updated: March 29, 2011 It was a decidedly long winter, short on snow but long on cold, cold weather. But as sure as the sun will shine, spring is just around the corner, days are getting longer and slowly but surely, warmer as well. Thank you to the many people who stopped in this past winter and took advantage of our two sales, your business is really appreciated and we hope we have added to your homes enjoyment.
We will soon be starting our SPRING SPECTACULAR SALE with a new TV commercial and print ads. No, we don't just say we're having a sale, we really are. At Rogers City Home Furnishings we try to keep our prices as low as possible everyday. This is not some sales gimmick. The economy, being what it is, precludes this foolishness. As many of you know, many a furniture store that continually offered sales that were meaningless no longer exist. That's just the reality. The stores that treat their customers with respect, provide courteous professional service, quality merchandise, and back up every product they sell are still around. We are that kind of store and nothing will change that.
The town of Rogers City is beginning to awaken after a long winters rest. If you haven't been in town for awhile, maybe it's time you take a drive and see what's new this year. Make a day of it and come on over. Spend some time with us to see what's new in home interiors, visit Plath's or Rygwelski's to pick up some of the towns favorite specialty meat products, visit the Painted Lady or Domaci's Gallery. While you're here we recommend you trying Skills Grill for lunch or dinner. Scott & Jill have recently opened this new eatery and trust me, the food is really good. The maple sap run is on and there are plenty of places to purchase this local favorite. Steelhead season will soon be starting and there's so much more to see and do.
